Single Spey IPA
When the wind is howling down the river and that perfect seam feels just out of reach, it’s time to go for a Single Spey. Just like the cast, this IPA is perfectly balanced. Warrior hops bring out a notable bitterness that is seamlessly counterbalanced with citrusy notes of Cascade, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. When it’s time to hit the river, don’t forget a Single Spey.
Our introductory beer for those who are new to the craft beer scene with enough complexity to make this a hit with any beer lover. This blonde ale is crisp and clean with a touch of biscuit for a complex finish.
The Simple Life
This crisp, clean Pilsner is that perfect outdoor beer. It goes great with chopping wood or casting a fly. Whatever you do, be sure to relax, soak it all in, and enjoy the simple life!
SOMA-CH Cherry Sour
Our third sour is a collaboration with our friends at SOMA Cidery in Kelowna. They provided the delicious cherries that are the focal point of the beer. Perfectly balanced with just enough tartness. A delicious beer for any summer outing!
Our first take at a SMaSH style (ish) beer. We used 2 row pale malt from Gambrinus Malting and the Falconer’s Flight hop blend to create an easy drinking pale ale. This hop blend contains a huge blast of citrus that really shows with the light malt background. The perfect beer for a hot afternoon with a fly rod in one hand and a cold brew in the other.
Our take on the original session beer from England. Designed to have enough maltiness and flavor to surprise you but easy drinking enough for multiple “sessions”. A delicious new addition on our English tap!
My Cousin Tarry
Part of our “Staff Challenge” Beer Series, say hello to Laura’s first kick at a Tailout beer. Smooth chocolate and hints of orange give this beer a festive flavor that will get you feeling nostalgic. The addition of lactose and flaked oats gives a hint of sweetness and a silky smooth mouthfeel. We serve this beer exclusively on nitro to give it that extra creaminess that defines a proper stout. Come in and try it today… only available in the taproom!
Evening Caddis NEIPA
Our tribute to the prolific caddis hatch that takes over the Columbia River each evening of the summer. This New England Style IPA is dominated by intense fruitiness that is blanced with just a touch of bitterness. It is well rounded and at home on the river or in the taproom. Just remember to cover your glass after the hatch starts!
Come and visit us in our brand new taproom for flights, pints, and growler fills of some of BC’s finest craft beer. We don’t currently serve food in-house, but we practice an open “Bring Your Own Food” policy, so feel free to pick up food on your way over, pack a picnic, or get some great local fare delivered right to your table!
